Yes. The inspection and the written estimate cost nothing, and there is no obligation. If the work does not need doing yet, we will say so.
No. The written price is the price. The one exception — hidden rot under existing material — is priced per sheet on the estimate up front, and we photograph it before replacing anything.
Most projects are scheduled within two to three weeks of signing. Storm damage and active leaks are triaged the same week.
We do. We will meet your adjuster on site and document the damage, so the claim reflects what actually needs replacing.
Our workmanship, for 10 years, on top of the manufacturer’s material warranty. It is written into your contract, not promised over the phone.
